Sorry for the lack of posts lately! To start off again I have decided to add a Lifestyle section to the blog, here I will include things like Recipes, Book reviews, Crafty things and everything in between! :)
To start it off today I will tell you my favourite smoothie recipe!
I love smoothies and enjoy experimenting with new ingredients. With summer approaching and more fruits coming into season there is no excuse not to make them!
Alot of people may think they hate smoothies, but how could you!? there are thousands upon thousands of ways to make them,

My favourite smoothie to make is this Blueberry and Banana smoothie.
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
200ml almond milk (or cows milk, vary this in according to what consistancy you like it)
2-3 heaped tablespoons of natural yoghurt.
1 tsp Vanilla protein powder (optional)
All you do is put all the ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth and serve! It is that simple!
I prefer to buy frozen blueberries as they are cheaper and provide any icy temperature to it without having to put in icecubes.
